AFTERCARE

Keep the adhesive bandage on for 24 hours up to 3 days. Since it is breathable and waterproof, you can shower with it and resume everyday activities with minimal discomfort. The adhesive bandage protects your new tattoo from scabbing, infection, and other irritants.

Before removing the bandage, ensure your hands are clean.

When removing the bandage, do so slowly. Rinse the tattoo with warm water (not hot) and clean it using antibacterial soap. I recommend using Dial Liquid Gold (Plain) soap. Pat the tattoo dry with a clean paper towel, then apply a thin layer of ointment. I recommend using Hustle Butter.

Daily Routine (After Removing the Bandage)
1. Wash the tattoo with warm water and antibacterial soap twice a day.
2. Apply a thin layer of ointment 3–4 times daily.

Repeat this process until your tattoo is fully healed. Healing time may vary, typically taking 2 weeks up to 6 weeks.

Always keep your tattoo clean and moisturized.

If you notice signs of infection, unusual redness, or irritation, contact a healthcare professional immediately

THINGS TO AVOID

Scratching or picking your tattoo, even if it becomes itchy.

Excessive movement in the tattooed area.

Soaps with fragrances or harsh chemicals.

Antibiotic and petroleum-based ointments (e.g., Vaseline).

Direct sunlight exposure.

Soaking the tattoo in water (e.g., no swimming or baths).

Working out or engaging in activities that cause sweating in the tattooed area.

TOUCH-UP

Before deciding if your tattoo needs retouching, please allow a month minimum for it to heal completely. Once that time has passed, email me directly with a picture of your tattoo and the concerns you have. I will respond and offer time to perform the touch-up if deemed necessary.

The first scheduled touch-up is free of charge, with the exception of the finger, hand, foot, ear, and inner lip tattoos. Further touch-ups or alterations will require additional fees.
